• Software Applications (AURA, VitalFlow, DLMS, and future products)
• AI-Powered Tools and Features
• Websites and Web Applications
• Digital Platforms
• Business Solutions and Integrations

Services may change, be updated, or be discontinued over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining Account Security and confidentiality
• Password Protection and choosing strong credentials
• All activities performed under their account
• Notifying Veltrix of any unauthorized access or security breach

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Break Laws — violating any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Upload Malware — distributing viruses, malicious code, or harmful software
• Abuse Systems — overloading, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse Engineer Services — decompiling or attempting to extract source code
• Conduct Fraudulent Activities — impersonating others or submitting false information

Users retain full ownership of all content they create, upload, or store within Veltrix services. By using our services, you grant Veltrix a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Services to you. Veltrix does not claim ownership of your content.

Veltrix products incorporate AI-powered features. Users acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• AI-generated content should be independently verified before use
• AI features are provided for informational and productivity purposes only

Users remain fully responsible for any decisions made using AI-generated information or recommendations.

Veltrix services are not a substitute for professional advice. Veltrix does not provide:

• Legal Advice or legal consulting services
• Medical Advice or healthcare guidance
• Financial Advice or investment recommendations
• Professional Consulting Advice of any kind

Always consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, financial, or other specialized guidance.

Veltrix may offer various subscription tiers including:

• Free Plans with limited features
• Paid Plans with premium features
• Monthly Subscriptions billed each month
• Annual Subscriptions billed yearly
• Trial Periods with access to premium features for a limited time

Users agree to the applicable payment terms presented during checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Veltrix uses third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card information.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and platform requirements (such as those of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). For refund inquiries, please contact our support team.

All Veltrix trademarks, software, designs, branding, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Veltrix Systems. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Veltrix intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Veltrix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not warrant:

• Continuous Availability at all times
• Uninterrupted Service without downtime
• Error-Free Operation of all features

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability and notify users of planned maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veltrix Systems shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data Loss or corruption
• Lost Profits or revenue
• Service Interruptions or downtime

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veltrix Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Veltrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Abusive behavior toward other users or our team
• Fraudulent activity
• Security Risks that threaten platform integrity

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Veltrix may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
